The priority of this summer school is the education of undergraduate and postgraduate students (master and PhD) using pedagogical strategies for teaching\/learning\/evaluation in the field of food safety in order to have a healthy living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The organization of this event has as aims familiarization of medical undergraduate\/ master&#8217;s\/ PhD students with: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"fancy-ul wp-block-list\">\n<li>current themes in the field of nutrition, food safety, healthy living<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>new techniques for the analysis of compounds from various biological matrices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modern (tele)diagnosis applications, (tele)monitoring in the life sciences <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>classical and new teaching\/learning\/assessment strategies in this area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Didactical materials and teaching methodologies will be usefully also for educational staff or learners, increasing the cooperation between institutions\/organizations. We will also try to identify ways in which, together with the partner institutions, programs for the preparation of bachelor&#8217;s theses and doctoral theses can be realized. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"hr hr-down\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Aims and Objectives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The priority of this summer school is the education of undergraduate and postgraduate students (master and PhD) using pedagogical strategies for teaching\/learning\/evaluation in the field of food safety in order to have a healthy living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other focuses of the summer school will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"text-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>to promote (tele)monitoring using classic and modern methods as demand for lifelong learning initiatives for the fields of life sciences, teaching undergraduate\/master\/PhD students from partner institutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to organise a Summer School in 2024 in Romania (and in other partner universities in the following years), involving students and teachers from partner institutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to identify ways to have joint theses and PhD coordination between the partner institutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to have contribution to the dissemination of the products and activities, using all the ways involving also other interested academic or non-academic media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Didactical materials and teaching methodologies will be usefully also for educational staff or learners, increasing the cooperation between institutions\/organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"hr hr-down\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Topics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"col2-list text-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obesity and eating disorders &#8211; a medical and humanities approach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active biopolymers applications as sustainable food safety strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using the Knowledge-Attitudes-Practices (KAP) model to design interventions for microbial risk reductions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detoxification: Bridging traditional beliefs with modern science<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obesity and vitamin D3 deficiency in children<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of food allergies versus intolerances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chemical and biological characterization of bioactivities from natural sources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rapid detection of different compounds from water, food and biological fluids<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pathways of Berberine action in Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Semaglutide &#8211; fast-acting medicine or slow-acting poison?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Antibiotic fight against Acinetobacter: Breaking the code of its mechanisms of resistance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polypharmacy and therapeutic optimization: senior health care in the context of food safety and healthy lifestyle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green nanoparticles &#8211; synthesis and biomedical applications <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Judicial protection of food safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The aging process &#8211; where is the science today?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalized diet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klebsiella species in gastrointestinal pathologies.
