{"id":5,"date":"2025-12-18T19:35:04","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T19:35:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fshl.ro\/2026\/?page_id=5"},"modified":"2026-02-27T15:19:24","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T15:19:24","slug":"home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/fshl.ro\/2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Home"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">The Invitation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\">It is our privilege and pleasure to invite you and your colleagues to attend<br>The International Summer School<br><strong>FOOD SAFETY AND HEALTHY LIVING \u2013 FSHL 2026<\/strong><br>which will be held in Debrecen, Hungary, during July 26 \u2013 August 2, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"hr hr-down\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">This international Summer School offers an interdisciplinary exploration of safe, sustainable, and resilient food systems through a One Health lens. Designed for BSc, MSc and PhD students, the programme covers food safety and food-borne diseases, water, sanitation &amp; health, food production and animals, food waste reduction, by-product utilisation, and One Health challenges along the entire food chain. Participants will engage in lectures, case studies, and hands-on laboratory and field workshops \u2014 including practical sessions on food-by-product recovery \u2014 while gaining insight into global challenges shaping the future of food systems.
