HEALTHY DIET – BETWEEN TRADITION AND INNOVATION<\/strong>
which will be held in Ljubljana, Slovenia<\/p>\n\n\n

This unique program is designed for BSc, MSc, and PhD students<\/strong> of Life Sciences from Universities around the world. It offers a comprehensive blend of academic and practical experiences, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Lectures by Prominent International Professors<\/strong>: Gain insights from leading experts in the field of nutrition and dietetics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Laboratory Work<\/strong>: Engage in hands-on experiments to deepen your understanding of healthy diets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sensory Analyses<\/strong>: Explore the science behind taste and food preferences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Objectives and Competences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • upgrading and deepening knowledge of different topics of life sciences<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • encouraging critical scientific-research thinking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • getting to know the course and approaches in scientific research work (problem identification, searching for literature, research, result analysis and result discussion)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • getting acquainted with work in groups<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • getting acquainted with laboratory techniques in different fields of life sciences<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • meeting the leading foreign experts in various fields of biosciences<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • evaluation of experimental results and their interpretation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • internationalization (interaction with foreign students and professors) and encouragement of international exchange<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Students will be awarded 3 ECTS<\/strong> upon fulfilling the summer school requirements (attendance at lectures and laboratory classes, group presentations of laboratory work).<\/p>\n\n\n
